Great first time experience! I had an excellent experience. There was an attendant to meet me when I arrived. I was taken to a service advisor immediately. I am able to request a service appointment on line; I can pick the day and time; I can specify waiting or drop-off; and best of all, I am assigned a service manager who follows up to remind me of my scheduled appointment. Upon arrival, several members of the service staff greeted me and made me comfortable in their pleasant customer lounge with beverages and snacks. I was told when the vehicle service would be completed and they delivered my freshly washed and vacuumed car within 10 minutes of the time promised. More
