Basic Maintenance The 2015 MDX was taken in for basic maintenance (early oil change, battery replacement, wiper replacements) as an upcoming cross country drive was fas The 2015 MDX was taken in for basic maintenance (early oil change, battery replacement, wiper replacements) as an upcoming cross country drive was fast approaching. The appointment was easy to schedule. Service was efficiently completed in the estimated amount of time. The service advisors are always knowledgeable and don’t recommend anything unnecessary. As a matter of fact, Khalil suggested I could wait on the 3.5 year old battery as it was still under warranty but since car batteries generally don’t last more than 3 years in FL I wasn’t willing to take a chance it would die unexpectedly during the road trip. As you would expect servicing an upscale vehicle is a bit more expensive however, Duval Acura is surprisingly very competitive on many types of service. They most certainly were with tires replaced in March. Don’t forget to check savings coupons which are often found on their website. More

Duval Acura: Great Service Team! I have purchased two vehicles from and had all routine maintenance performed on those vehicles at Duval Acura for past 10+ years. The Service Dept Tea I have purchased two vehicles from and had all routine maintenance performed on those vehicles at Duval Acura for past 10+ years. The Service Dept Team always takes excellent care of myself and my 2015 RDX. My service advisor, Jovie Quinto, is a great guy and is very knowledgeable. He makes scheduling easy and does an excellent job explaining the details each time I’m in. Having an Acura loaner car while my RDX is in the shop is a huge bonus for me, as I am on the road frequently, and Jovie makes that process very smooth. Merrick Wade is the service manager. He also is a great guy and was my service advisor for many years before taking the manager role. Merrick always stops by to say hello when I’m in and asks if there’s anything else I need. I’ve also come to know many of the other service staff over the years and they’re all friendly and attentive. The service dept at Duval Acura cares about your satisfaction and has always treated me fairly. I’ve been very satisfied with Duval Acura and would highly recommend their service dept! More
