Excellent service. Arick Armenta is a credit to your company, pleasant and efficient. I was in on Thursday to have my car serviced and for two recalls. I told Arick we Arick Armenta is a credit to your company, pleasant and efficient. I was in on Thursday to have my car serviced and for two recalls. I told Arick we had difficulty doing the inside of the front and rear windows and I would gladly pay for the extra service if possible. I returned late in the day because the dealership was very busy, my car was being washed but the windows were not done. Arick asked me to wait and before I could object he had towels and cleaner and set off to clean the windows, all this at the end of a very busy day. Sincere thanks to Arick for his kindness to this 'senior citizen' he is the reason we return to Duval Acura for service to our car. Anne C. Redden More
