They were very attentive, courteous, and informative throughout the whole process. Jovie kept me updated on the status of my car, explained the details of the repairs, and answered all my questions patiently. He also arranged a complimentary loaner vehicle for me, which was very convenient and appreciated. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work done on my car. It runs smoothly and looks great. I have only used this dealership for service on my 2012 Acura now it’s 10 years old and runs like new thanks to the great service dept there that keeps it running like a sewing machine. Spoke with Khalil Mercado... treated me like I was is only customer... did not try to up sell me.... talked me out of spending a lot of money for what I thought would be a prudent preventive maintenance to avoid a future problem. Do Not Trust Duval Acura repair shop don't get your car repaired at this shop... Let me start off by saying we've purchased two vehicles from Duval Acura. I had my Acura RDX in to get a diagnostics on the repaired at this shop... Let me start off by saying we've purchased two vehicles from Duval Acura. I had my Acura RDX in to get a diagnostics on the AC system, which I've had already had gotten two diagnostics from another shops before going to Duval Acura repair shop. But I was thinking of trading my truck in for a newer model so I thought why not let them give us a diagnostics and we can get it repaired there and just trade it in. Well they gave us a estimate saying that we needed our total AC system replaced compressor, condenser, evaporator expansion valve you name it holes o-rings everything. $2774 to $3523 in repairs. Even though it was $200 for a diagnostics we decided to get one more opinion. Contacted reputable repair shop told them all this stuff needed to be replaced they gave us an estimate for half the price. I took my truck in only for them to tell me it did not need all those things done ended up needing an expansion valve a couple hoses for $600 plus the lost $200 that I paid for Duval Acura plus the diagnostics from the other shops. The technician at Duval Acura told us the compressor exploded. Save yourself do not trust Duval Acura repair shop, they juice up repairs so that it's more profitable for them. I will not be buying anything thing else from Duval Acura. More

My experience with Duval Acura Service Department has been horrible. I purchased a certified MDX in September of 2019. Issues that were noticed have been brought to the attention of the Service Departmen been horrible. I purchased a certified MDX in September of 2019. Duval Acura Service Department has attempted and failed to fix one concerns that was present (was repaired at another Acura dealership) and has been unreasonable in addressing another issue that should have been taken care of prior to the sale of my vehicle. After being a Lexus owner for the past 20 years the customer service experience and service at Duval Acura is very disappointing and not customer focused. More
