One reason for our loyalty is the excellent service. My wife and I recently went to Duval Acura on Black Friday to purchase my next vehicle. After doing a test drive and deciding what our next Acura will be, we were ready to leave and do some more Black Friday sale shopping. But as we were parked right in front of the dealership, our car would not start. The battery was dead. In minutes, Merrick Wade (the Service Manager) removed the old battery himself and had a new one installed, all under warranty. Had the car started, we most likely would have had this happen at a shopping center several miles away. So we give many thanks to the car for it's excellent timing and to Merrick for his rapid response in getting us back on the road for more Black Friday shopping. More
