Outstanding service and personnel I had an immediate problem with my car and when I called Acura service I was helped promptly and professionally. Awesome Service I called in for my 1st Servicing of my new 2017 Acura TLX and requested to speak with Merick Wade, with whom I had worked with in the past in the serv I called in for my 1st Servicing of my new 2017 Acura TLX and requested to speak with Merick Wade, with whom I had worked with in the past in the servicing of the many Acura's that I've owned. Merick passed me on to Jessica Shippee who set up an appointment for me for the very next day. Upon my arrival I was met by Merick and Jessica. They went over what was to be completed in the servicing and inspection my TLX, to include answering all of my questions regarding the proper operation of the vehicle, which I never had taken the time to read about nor asked about when the TLX was delivered to me. Much to my suprise I was promptly provided with a 2018 TLX loaner vehicle, which made it nice to see what up-grades had been incorporated into the 2018 version. Upon returning the loaner the next day, Jessica and Merick went over in detail what had been completed in the servicing. In addition my vehicle had been washed and the interior vacuumed. What more could one ask for? Thanks for the awesome treatment. More
