I told him that I had an appointment at 12:00 and he knew my name. He took me directly to my service advisor inside where she was able to get my information in a matter of minutes and off went my car for service. Less than an hour later my car was ready, washed and vacuumed too! Very nice waiting area with snacks, drinks, tv and free wifi. More

Wade Merrick has continued to "perform the excellence" time after time, when I am in the service department at Duval Acura, I know the level of excellence to expect. Mr. Merrick is duplicating himself with the service team surrounding him.
