Great sales team I originally went in into this dealership looking to test drive two Audi SUVs that were on the lot. I called before I got there and got Cain on the ph I originally went in into this dealership looking to test drive two Audi SUVs that were on the lot. I called before I got there and got Cain on the phone . He was able to answer all my questions and had the cars waiting for me when I got to the dealership. I sat in both cars and realized their seats weren’t the type I was looking for. Cain was super polite about us not even driving what we came to look at. He suggested looking at a used Acura MDX. He took us around answered all our questions and we ended up with the vechicle he showed us that night. He answered all my texts promptly and he never said no to anything when we were negotiating. He would see what he could do. I would definitely recommend him and Duval Acura. More

Great service! I was referred to Duval Acura by a co-worker who uses them for two vehicles. My experience was just as great as they told me it would be. I liked sett I was referred to Duval Acura by a co-worker who uses them for two vehicles. My experience was just as great as they told me it would be. I liked setting my appointment up online. They were ready to see me on time and Arick, our technician, took his time explaining all potential issues and was very up front about potential costs. They finished servicing my vehicle ahead of schedule and the pricing is not significantly more expensive than the discount maintenance shops (Tires Plus, Tire Kingdom, etc). I will definitely be coming back for future services. More

As always, Duval personnel treated me very professionally and courteously. They were very interested in resolving my issue and were very willing to listen to my issue. As is always the case, Kevin in service department was extremely efficient, professional and very courteous. Kevin is never in a hurry but always listens and discusses my issue. Kevin always discusses my issue until he understands my issue thoroughly. I am owner of 2 Acura's and have never allowed anyone to provide service but Duval. Kevin is a big reason for this decision as I have confidence in his ability to understand my issues. More

Double repeat customers This is the second time that my daughter and I have "gone shopping" at Duval Acura and both came home with "new to us" autos. Obviously the fact that we both came back, speaks to our opinion of your sales staff. Anthony Lewis had both of our cars ready for the test drive when we arrived. He was very friendly and efficient while closing the deal. I don't remember the name of the gentleman that completed the finance paperwork but he was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Considering there were two of us to deal with, the whole process was smooth. It was very nice to be able to see the inventory online before we arrived at the dealership. Both autos were as advertised online. More
