I told Arick we had difficulty doing the inside of the front and rear windows and I would gladly pay for the extra service if possible. I returned late in the day because the dealership was very busy, my car was being washed but the windows were not done. Arick asked me to wait and before I could object he had towels and cleaner and set off to clean the windows, all this at the end of a very busy day.
