The buying process was very easy but as with any car buying process, it took a while and I was starting to get hungry. Will was very attentive and showed me where I could get complimentary snacks and drinks. I used to HATE sales people but Will and Joe certainly softened my impression. I wouldn't even call them salesmen, they presented themselves more as a customer service representative. Will also introduced me to my service writer and made sure I had everyone's number so I could easily reach them if I needed anything to. I went to Duval Acura because I previously had a good experience there and based on my experience yesterday with Will and Joe, I will most definitely be back.
