We showed up about two hours later and that vehicle was parked in the front waiting for us to look at. We ended up buying a different vehicle, which we liked better, and he was helpful through the entire process. He did not press and was very understanding. We left the dealership with a vehicle we are extremely happy with and would definitely do business with Luiz again. I highly recommend asking for him. When my service representative Jovie was not available for my picking up my vehicle, he assigned a "seamless" transition with one of his teammates that promoted professionalism I have grown to be more appreciative each time I visit the dealership for service.
