This is a really great Dealer and ACURA has many. I had an unexpected battery failure on a fairly new car (2017 RDS with less than 7000 miles) and was probably going to be stranded over the weekend, b I had an unexpected battery failure on a fairly new car (2017 RDS with less than 7000 miles) and was probably going to be stranded over the weekend, because I never let any one except a dealer touch my Acura automobiles. The AAA fellow said it had a dead cell and told me I could wait til the next day to try to get an appointment if I let if run for a half hour or so. I wasn't too comfortable with that advice but I contacted the Service Department to see if I could get worked in on Saturday -- Joe told me that if I could do it, it would be better to just drive on over and let them take a look at the car and see if they could fix it that late Friday afternoon. He also said I might have to wait a bit, but they would get to it to at least know what they were dealing with. I drove right over, waited in the lovely Customer Service waiting room with a nice cup of coffee and was on my way within an hour -- no pressure, no problem just a happy, again satisfied Acura Service Department customer. I had always been a really happy customer of Kevin Augustin, but Jovie Quinto (who was new to me) was just as anxious to solve my problem and for that I say --Thank You! More

Our finance person, R, was also friendly and informative about the financing and the pros and cons of various optional warranty protections without a hard sell or trying to change our minds when we indicated the options we were not interested in. After the paperwork was completed, Chris provided us with a very thorough explanation of all the car's features and helped with the setup of bluetooth connections. Overall, an excellent experience.
