My mother and I both spoke with Tim - on two different occasions when the car was failing. He did nothing to help. My mother was IN the dealership yesterday and no one would help her. She was told to call the 1-800 number for Acura! My mother emailed Kevin Snyder this morning. We are waiting to see if he will make this right.
