Excellent car buying experience! My wife and I were looking to trade in her old PT Cruiser within the next couple months. The crew at Bill Gatton were extremely friendly and completely understood our situation. They were not pushy and pretty much let the cars speak for themselves. We ended up finding a Mazda CX5 that we loved. Nick took us out for the test drive and walked us through the process. He was very professional and courteous. Mark worked with us on the total price and was able to really knock the payments down to a price we were comfortable with. And than Ransom in finance quickly got us through the finance process and got us into our new car!! All in all a great group of employees at this dealer and I would recommend them to anyone in the market! More

I called Nick on the phone driving down the road and gave him a heads up for what I was looking for and price range, when I arrived at the dealership he was already working on it and had me options to start looking at as soon as I arrived. I use to hate dealing with salesmen in years past, however In the last year Nick has changed that. He changed something I hated so bad into a very enjoyable experience. He is very knowledgeable about his vehicles, patient with the undecided customers (like me), and goes above and beyond to make his customer happy with their purchase. Mark Ratliff, Sales Manager at Mazda also went above and beyond on my last purchase from Mazda. You can tell he really cares about the customer and also helping his sales people do their jobs and getting the vehicle sold. Mark personally came out to me several times to see what he could do to make me happy. Terry Meredith Finance Mgr, made that whole dreaded process quick and easy. Thumbs up to you buddy! Overall, I could not ask for a better group of people to work with. Nick has forever changed my opinion of salesman and changed my attitude on trading vehicles. No integrity- Very unprofessional to go back on your word. Spoke with dealership several times about purchasing a vehicle. We wanted to neg price on the phone. They said it would be better in person. Glad you can afford to let cash paying customers go right out the door. It can sit on your lot 2 more months More
