I was contacted by Nick Rowe within 15 minutes of Robert telling me he would have a specialist for me. Nick answered all my questions. The negotiation of the vehicle was already set before I came to the dealership. My trade in was fairly appraised by dealership. When I returned to the dealership on the following Saturday, Nick went over my paperwork with me and had me out within 30 minutes. My wife and I also had satellite radio installed in the vehicle. Nick was able to work a discount on the radio. I may possibly be back for a 2016 Miata. More

We was extremely pleased by his posture and maturity. He was very knowledable on features and ability of the vehicle. He explained to us the benefits of the Mazda leather. It was completely different then the leathers we was used too. The vehicle had bucketed seats with a leather that doesn't get extremely warm. My wife loves that because she used to hate leather. Once we went inside, Nick and Mark Ratliff was respectful. Nick told me he had the desire of becoming a General Manager in his career. Which was different than most salesman.
