Because I was traveling long distance they actually pulled that vehicle off the lot to be sure it was still there when I arrived. All the staff were very nice to us, I really didn't feel like I was dealing with "car salesmen". I was very impressed with this dealership this go around because they were able to get me a cheaper payment & a great interest rate. The only reason I am not giving this dealer an EXCELLENT rating is because the Altima is the 5th Nissan I have bought, but only the 1st from Bill Gatton. I have left there on a few occasions without a car because of payments too high or down payment too high and went to Tri Cities Nissan and got the car I wanted for the payment I wanted, it just seemed to me that they did not try as many banks that Tri Cities did.
