His first attempt involved sending someone to pick one up but after his person drove 5 hours they were notified to turn around and come home empty handed because that dealership's manager sold the truck to someone in his family which was very disrespectful and unprofessional . I couldn't believe how that manager would do that . John persisted and located another truck and got it for me. More

I have never been to a car dealer where they actually tell you and show you on paper (for you to keep) in detail what you are paying for and what you get for your money. We had found a car we wanted online and from that moment we put in an inquiry they were at work to get us a great deal on an awesome car. from the moment we stepped foot on the lot we were showed the vehicle test drove and gave detail to how everything works. The sales person we worked with was so knowledgeable on everything and it made us feel even more confident on the choice we made. I had a horrible experience at the car lot before (not Bill Gatton) where we felt tricked as to what they offered us and I could never get a straight answer my time was not valued at all there we spent 4.5 hours there. Then we went to Bill Gatton after finding the car online. They valued our time and in that we felt valued as customers. There couldn't be a better team there from start to finish with the financing. then at the end where we were given the keys to our new car. Our sales man went above and beyond and made sure that we knew he would be there even after we left the lot for any questions. I highly recommend Bill Gatton Nissan In TN they have gained a customer for life! More
