Great service and experience. We went to Bill Gatton's to try out a Mazda. Doyle Rutherford met us when we arrived and we test drove the Mazda. Unfortunately the seats were to firm We went to Bill Gatton's to try out a Mazda. Doyle Rutherford met us when we arrived and we test drove the Mazda. Unfortunately the seats were to firm for my back. Doyle suggested I try a Nissian Rogue or Murano. I looked at both vehicles on Gatton's web site and we decided to try the Murano. Doyle throughly explained the Murano's qualities to us. During the test drive Doyle again showed us what the Murano can do. The seats were just what I needed for my back. The entire buying experience was easy, Doyle even delivered the Murano I bought to my house the next day. Thanks to Doyle, Desmond and the entire team at Gatton, buying this Murano has been a great experience. More

They all worked together nicely. You are made to feel at ease from start to finish. We felt no pressure to hurry up and deal. It was all smooth sailing. Lisa helped us get the vehicle that worked best for us. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and we have never had such a nice and helpful finance manager as Terry. You will not find another one like him anywhere. He was so great to go over and explain things to us, as was Lisa, anything we asked, she answered. They took good care of us. We had came back a second time because Mark was great to work with the first time and Lisa was as accommodating to help us on the second time around. I love everything about my new pathfinder and we would highly recommend them to anyone thinking about purchasing a vehicle. They have changed the pressure to buy game to stress-free buying. And we weren't there but a minimal amount of time on both purchases, which was nice. Great buying experiences with awesome sales associates! We will come here when we need another car, truck or Suv.
