We were encouraged if anything went wrong, or if we became confused about the technical items, just to give them a call and they would walk us through the process of fixing it. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Bill Gatton Nissan. We love our new Altima! More

The salesperson, Ashton Randall, had promised to p When I purchased a 2012 Chevrolet Silverado from Bill Gatton Nissan, the owners manual was missing. The salesperson, Ashton Randall, had promised to provide the manual but never followed through. I was later contacted by Mr. Mike Miller, the General Manager for Bill Gatton Nissan. Once Mike was aware of the situation with the missing owners manual, he agreed to reimburse me for the cost of the manual that I had to purchase on my own. Because of this, I am changing my previous rating to 5 stars. This was one of the very best vehicle purchasing experiences that I have ever had. I highly recommend this dealership because they sell vehicles at great prices and stand by their word. More
