Bad Dealership! Sold me a car that was not legal and would not fix I purchased a used Cadillac and the right front parking light was not working. Asked them to fix so I could get it inspected. They wanted $200 labor t I purchased a used Cadillac and the right front parking light was not working. Asked them to fix so I could get it inspected. They wanted $200 labor to fix. Told me they had to change whole front light. I called Bill Hatton Cadillac and another Cadillac dealership and they both said it only required a $25 bulb. Nissan place then said they would change the light that cost $600 and pay $400 if I would pay $200. They want to get that labor cost. They say the light was working when I bought car, I have picture I downloaded from internet before I got car. The lights are on but it is not on. This is the last car I will ever buy from any Hatton dealership. Also got shafted at the Honda dealership a few years ago. More

I typically dread car shopping but it was extremely enjoyable. They were great and very accommodating our family. All employees were extremely friendly and courteous to our three year old that found their sales building as more of a gym instead of an office! Would definitely recommend anyone going there for a car! More
