Start and finish here, they are the best This review is going to be a bit long, but I've got a lot of great things to say. I went to this dealership after a horrible experience with Tri-Citie This review is going to be a bit long, but I've got a lot of great things to say. I went to this dealership after a horrible experience with Tri-Cities Nissan. One so bad that I was stuck with a car I never wanted after numerous lies by the entire staff there, including Corey the GM. So you can imagine how my attitude was when I pulled on to Bill Gatton's lot. This didn't stop them from being absolutely amazing. I spoke with Mike Powers first, told him about my experience prior, what I was looking for and what I wanted. He then introduced me to Ms. Bonnie Alford, she would be my sales lady. Both of these people were the best. I told them I wanted nothing but brutal honesty, they never batted an eye. They worked so hard to get me into the truck I wanted. Because of the experience with the other dealership, we ran into a brick wall, but that didn't stop them from working hours on end for me. Three months, it took them three months, lots of calls and working on their days off but this week I got the call. They did it! I've worked so hard to get to this point, 35 years working day and night I was at the finish line. Ms. Bonnie met me at my car, smiling from ear to ear and said: "let's go sign the paperwork while your truck is being detailed!" An hour later I'm sitting in from of Mr. Terry signing paperwork, it's here, its time, then a man walks in and says "STOP, we have a problem, her truck was just wrecked by the lady bringing in from detailing it." My heart hit the floor, not because I was literally signing my name on the papers for my dream truck, but because this young lady just wrecked, she could be hurt. So the first thing I ask is, is she ok? I don't care about the truck, is the young lady ok? The man, whom I don't know just looks at me, confused, and says, "Yes, she is fine, wait here and we will fix this." I go outside to smoke and see the truck, it looked pretty bad, and I won't lie, I almost cried, but I was just thankful the young lady wasn't hurt. Ms. Bonnie comes up and says they have another one for me to look at, it's not red like the one I was getting but gun metallic, I kind of frowned inside, I didn't like that color, but hey, I'm getting my truck, and the young lady is ok. I watch Ms. Bonnie walk out with keys, and hear a truck alarm beep, I see it. It was actually the first truck I looked at, in the beginning, one I couldn't afford. She said, "come here, look at this, what do you think?" I said, Bonnie,, I can't get this one remember, she smiled and said, "that man that stopped you from signing the paperwork, he is our GM Mike, he said as long as it's taken to get her in this truck, she was signing the papers and her main concern was for the worker, she didn't care about the truck, just her. So, Ms. Jessica, this is your truck, he is making this work without you paying any additional cost!" I fought back tears, even told her to take the bed extender, it was just too much, she smiled and said: "no, you deserve this, after everything that has happened to get to this point, you deserve it." I was so floored and so excited. I went from one place running so much, being stuck in a car that though it was nice, I never wanted. To an absolutely amazing, sexy truck. I know they took a huge hit on this, one being wrecked, then upgrading me to this one, but they were all so happy for me. I was treated like family like I mattered like I was the only customer they had there, even though the lobby was full. Mike, Bonnie, thank you so much for all of your hard work, you both went above and beyond. I love my truck, but more than that, I love knowing that there are still good, honest people out there who are willing to go the extra mile to help someone achieve their dream. I wish you guys nothing but the best, and all the success you guys and handle. Hopefully so much so you guys don't have time to stop. From my family to your, thank you from the bottom of my heart, you guys are amazing! More

Did Not Have Exactly What I Wanted But Not Pushy At All I recently visited this dealership a few weeks ago looking for a Nissan Rogue. I was looking for a particular exterior/interior color combination, fea I recently visited this dealership a few weeks ago looking for a Nissan Rogue. I was looking for a particular exterior/interior color combination, features, and made in Japan. They had one on the lot that was a 2017 but I wanted a 2017.5. The sales consultant and sales manager were both very professional and courteous. I was not able to purchase a vehicle from them as they did not have exactly what I wanted and when it was time to leave they were not pushy or rude at all. Pleasant experience. (As a side note, I would encourage anyone looking to purchase a Nissan to stay far, far away from Tri-Cities Nissan in Johnson City, TN: they are absolutely the worst Nissan dealership in a 100 mile radius of the NC/TN border traveling on I-26; and I have dealt with almost all of them in my Nissan buying/owning life in one capacity or another.)
