All around pleasant experience. First of all, it doesn't hurt when you are selling a product that is such high quality, it could sell itself. Add 2 that the fact that every employee I encountered could not have been more friendly, professional, helpful, or supportive. The moment I stepped out of my car after first arriving at the dealership, I was greeted by a member of the sales staff, Ms. King, Her overall demeanor & professionalism immediately put me at ease. This is someone who's peers could, & should, learn from. Dealing with Ms. King actually changed my attitude & opinion of car sales staff & The entire car buying process from one of dread & loathing to one of comfort & ease. Others I encountered went above & beyond as well. Sadly, I can not remember their names. But the gentleman I encountered who helped me with financing & paperwork was friendly, very knowledgeable, & professional. As part of my trade in deal, I included a Harley Davidson motorcycle. One gentleman at the dealership happened to be another motorcycle enthusiast & was kind enough to agree to ride with me back to my home & follow me back to the dealership on my Harley.
