The older lady in the service department is complete rude and has terrible customer service. If you are looking to buy from Dutch Miller of South Charleston you are probably going to have a easy and enjoyable experience purchasing your new or used vehicle. However my advice to you is this, don’ Charleston you are probably going to have a easy and enjoyable experience purchasing your new or used vehicle. However my advice to you is this, don’t purchase ANY of the warranties they will offer you! As zero! You are simply and most definitely just putting that money straight in their pockets! I’ve purchased 1 new and 1 used vehicle from the SC location and my buying experiences were actually wonderful honestly. Oh but how fast and drastic things change if you end up needing them to hold up their end of the deal when/if you have a issue and need to use the warranty coverage you purchased. Your sales person and finance person are going to promise you the moon and more and rant n rave about how smooth and easy it will be if there’s ever a issue that is covered under the warranty or perhaps warranties you purchased. I’m telling now BUYERS BEWARE if you’re thinking about spending another few thousand dollars on warranties to protect yourself in the future!! You are not going to have the same pleasurable experience in the service department that you received from the sales department! I went against my better judgment and purchased warranties. I should’ve just stuck with my instincts and declined them instead. It’s true sad to be treated as if you had committed some sort of “dealership crime” (for lack of a better term) simply because a issue occurred and you are actually expecting them to do what they told they would under that particular warranty coverage! It truly is sad! If I would have purchased a vehicle and nothing else I’d writing a 5 star review instead of this one. Needless to say I’ll take my future business somewhere else! More
