From the moment I contacted her via phone, she allowed me the time and space to take my time and look online and then come in when I was ready to test drive and crunch numbers. She knew I had a very busy schedule, and she also knew that I was not wanting to rush into anything, so she highly respected that by letting me know when new vehicles that I was interested in from the beginning came onto the lot, but again, not being pushy about it. It was weeks from first contact until my purchase, and I never once felt as though she was driving me crazy, and she made the whole experience very fun actually. She is very good at what she does, and takes all of your wants, needs, and feelings into considerations. I found a vehicle that I couldn't be more happy with. Between her and Bill Fountain, the business manager, they worked out a great deal!! I would absolutely buy from here again, and refer anybody this way! Thanks guys for all your work!! Less Then Perfect Turned Out Ok. Travis did a great job meeting with us and allowing us to take our time in deciding what our needs were.
