Poorly run department Overall, I try to avoid getting my 2 Toyotas and Ford worked on at Durango Motor Company. The first time I had a new FOB ordered and when I took into to get it programed, it took them an hour, and after they drained the battery, to figure out that the FOB was bad. Took 2 hours to get 1 FOB programmed. The second time I brought my Ford in for warranty work on my new transmission after it started to leak. They said they did the work, but it continued to leak. I ended up having to drive it 7 hours to a different Toyota Dealer in Denver to get it fixed... turns out that the paint on the bolts wasn't even cracked, meaning they never did the work in the first place. The 3rd time involved getting a simple oil change done with a scheduled appointment time for my 2017 Toyota 4Runner... they let it sit outside the checkin bay for 45 minutes before I took the key back and left. My advice, if you like your car, go somewhere else... either to a good shop in town or a dealer out of town. More

They never resolve issues and in fact create new ones (and damage). Getting a call back apparently takes an act of Congress too. Took my car in to get new head unit came out with no XM radio and some how the timing is coincidental and the fix is going to cost me money. Place is a joke save yourself headaches and money and go anywhere else. More
Terrible customer service I received notification that a price had dropped on a particular vehicle at DMC through Cargurus.com. I called to verify the vehicle was still in stock and the price, which was 3k less than the previous listing price. The sales associate explained the price in their system did not reflect the price drop and assured me he would call me after he spoke with his manager. I never received a call back. I finally received a text later saying they were not honoring the advertised price because of a discrepancy online. Fair enough, I get that accidents happen. I responded that it was disappointing nonetheless. No response from the dealership. They handled it so terribly, and did not do what they said they would. It is as if they thought I was not interested if the price was not dropped, and that is not the case at all! But they didn't even bother to respond to me to figure that out. At this point in my life, I do not believe there is such thing as a good, honest car dealerships or salesmen. Stay away from this one, for sure More

They had a 2009 jeep for sale for 24,900 ......I looked the price on NADA Guides .com and found the actual average price was 18,500 . I looked the jeep over inside and out , found hail damage on the hood and a cracked and broken hard top that can't be repaired just replaced. They would not fix or make any price adjustments at all. The Salesman said you will pay this price and this price only. I told him promptly where to go and left the dealership never to return..........BEWARE.... More

Great sales dept. Horrible finance dept. We purchased a brand new 4 runner a couple months ago . The sales team was awesome and extremely knowledgeable about the the vehicles they have . If their was a question they didn't know off hand they would find out quickly . We went in with a huge negative equity on our previous vehicle hoping to lower our monthly payment but were not in a bind to sell our truck . When we found the car we liked and started the loan process I specifically stated to only go to two lost credit unions in our town for financing of the vehicle. We did get approved from one of the credit unions and after a long debate with Durango Motor got a decent interest rate . The issue I have is when dealerships shot gun credit which means send your application to multiple banks. Every time a bank pulls your score it will lower . I was at a high 700 to now a low 600 causing issues with being able to finance a mortgage for my house. The finance department at Durango Motor did not mention they had shot my application everywhere and made it appear they had only submitted to the two I requested . They were pushy and took a vary aggressive approach . Completely opposite from the sales side . If your planning on buying a vehicle from them be extremely careful on where your application goes and how many places it goes to . It will lower your credit score drastically . More

Excellent customer care We had our 2009 Toyota Highlander Hybrid serviced. Afterwards we found dirty handprints inside and the glove box had been opened, contents removed. Within one hour we received a call from Bryan Townsend, the finance director. He explained that the glove box was opened to access an internal air filter. He apologized the contents had not been replaced and offered to meet us immediately so he could personally clean the interior of the car. Our past service visits have always been great experiences! These folks definitely know how to take care of customers and resolve their problems! They get 5 of 5 in our book! More
Horrible sales team I didn't think DMC would have to downgrade another dealer to get their point across on how bad they low ball excelent trade in vehicles. Not to mention the truck I test drove was filthy with a shattered windshield and tore up for twice as much. Not only does the finance team rip you off but the price on the garbage they offer claims to be the lowest only because they will rip you completely off when yours is better. Their is a reason I haven't been back since the switch from New Country but it took one visit to remind me. The poor salesman was the nicest one there who lost a beautiful trade because of greedy finance jerks who dont know their head from a hole in that big corporate dump. I'd rather pay more to see my 2016 truck be traded for what is deserved then purchase an under priced vechicle off a bunch of jerks who belittle me for one being a woman and two thinking my purchase that wasn't from them was a bad one.
