I was an out of state buyer. Conan did an excellent job on informing me of the process and gave me all the information I needed about the truck in a timely fashion. He FaceTime with so I could hear the tru on informing me of the process and gave me all the information I needed about the truck in a timely fashion. He FaceTime with so I could hear the truck run and drive. Once I decided to purchase the truck, he worked it out to add a back up camera to the “used” truck and rolled it into my loan. I flew from Atlanta, Georgia to Durango, CO for this truck, which I believe I got a fantastic deal on, and he picked me up from the airport in the truck. I drove home (24hrs) and was very happy with the purchase. Thank you Conan and Durango Motor Company for making this a peace of mind purchase and smooth process! Dangerously Easy Alec was great. I called ahead and drove from out of town to see a truck they had just taken in. Several recalls and maintenance still needed to be pe Alec was great. No problem, trusting Toyota service quality I explained what I expected to be done and some accessories I wanted added. I went to lunch and Alec went to his manager. upon my return everything was agreed to, I left a deposit and returned home. After the accessories, recalls and refurbishing had been done, Alec called and set up a day to deliver it to me. I drove it, approved of it and signed papers over lunch in a restaurant. Unbelievably easy and I am still stunned that I could ever give a 5 star rating to a Car Dealer. They deserve it. UPDATE: Service after the sale extremely poor. Furnished copy of "My Toyota" feature from Toyota's website to salesman at purchase. Durango had incorrectly input mileage when they input recall work. Alex assured me he would handle it with Service Dept. Called him 2 weeks later he said he was working on it. Emailed General Manager he said he was going to "look into it". A month has passed and their mistake hasn't been corrected. This dealer is great at making mistakes but appears to be inept at fixing their own mistakes. Customer service ends when the check clears. More

Very much just wanted to make sure the 4Runner fit our needs and being used that it meet our expectations. I must say the whole experience was great and far surpassed our expectations. The vehicle was in top notch condition and looked as clean as new. Toyota Certified is the way to go. With only 10k miles on 4Runner, my warranty is better than buying new. Most people hate buying cars, like having your gums scrapped, LOL. Trust me, this dealership changes all of that. Just a great experience. Ask for Alex DiLorenzo, I can guarantee a pleasant buying experience with this young man. More

Typical car sales....NOTE: the way that they manipulate you is through the trade-in value of your old car. A different sales person comes and gives all kinds of reasons why your car isn't worth that much, and beats you down on price for the trade-in. Considering we paid cash for our car, you'd think they'd be a little more generous in the price we paid. They hardly had to do any work for the deal! More
