The "financial person", Noland, was professional and efficient and presented us was numerous options for purchasing the vehicle as well as many options for warranties and extended warranties for the 4Runner. John went above and beyond for almost two weeks and would call me whenever they got a car with the features that I wanted while also being in my price range. Finally found it! John sent me pics and I got to test drive the very next day. When it came time to trade in my old car, Mike Juel was also super helpful! He got me a good price for my trade in and I will definitely use Durango Motor Company for any car needs that I may have in the future. More

EXCELLENT! Excellent experience. I'd been looking for a year and Annie made the car purchase SUPER pleasant. She was communicative, knowledgeable, and respectful Excellent experience. I'd been looking for a year and Annie made the car purchase SUPER pleasant. She was communicative, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time (getting me in and out quickly, while still being patient with my requests/needs). I really didn't think I would ever have a good car experience and this was it. I even came from out of town and it went seamless. She even took me to a body shop to get a second opinion on some repainting concerns I had (which ended up being unwarranted afterall). It's nice to have someone you can trust and this is how I felt with the experience at DMC. Also want to mention a great process with Jake (and Noland) in Finance as well. The financing element in the car buying experience is always a nightmare, with the back and forth, waiting forever for an answer, negotiating, etc. . . Well, DMC doesn't haggle I found out, but the price was the best I'd found (. .. .and again I'd been looking for a year) and Jake was FAST. He asked me a few questions. I answered them - and then I was done. I had to ask him again if we were REALLY done, and he assured me that we were. I was stunned. Thanks DMC! More
