Great Buying Experience I was looking to buy a new 2016 Toyota Tacoma right after they were released in September of 2015. I started contacting dealerships from Durango to Gr I was looking to buy a new 2016 Toyota Tacoma right after they were released in September of 2015. I started contacting dealerships from Durango to Grand Junction to request quotes for a specific build. No dealership had exactly what I wanted in stock, so I knew I would have to order one and wait. Annie from Durango Motor Company called me after I submitted an online form from their website. I was hesitant to make the 2 hour drive to the dealership without having some kind of estimate, but I took the chance. We went over options and she put in the order for exactly what I wanted. It took about 2 weeks for Toyota to accept the build and allow Annie to give me an exact price. I was pleasantly surprised when the total amount came in about $50 less that what I originally offered other dealerships (that refused the offer). Annie kept me informed throughout the entire order process. When the truck arrived, she was very accommodating with my schedule and picking me up at the nearby airport when I flew in. Between Annie (Internet Sales), Taryn (Sales Manager) and Brian (Accessories), I felt very good about my purchase and was very well taken care of. I got a very nice truck for a fair price with no hassle. I would not hesitate to recommend Durango Motor Company to anyone. Thanks for a great buying experience! More

20 STARS!!!! Annie B rocks the Kasbah!!! Super dedicated staff. Annie played one-sided phone tag with me weekly for 3 or 4 weeks, as I was hunting for a few weeks and didn't get back to her. I finally called her back and scheduled an appointment. She quizzed me by email about what I was looking for and had my choices pulled up to the front of the store when I got there. My GF stated that I was in trouble! "How can you not buy from such a cute and bubbly girl?" Annie's joy of life is contagious and it definitely spills over into the amazing job she does for her customers. Looked at the finance offers prepared by Mr. Smith, chose my truck, out the door and happily driving down the road. NO BUYERS REGRET THIS MORNING!!! I got a great deal on a great truck from a great team. Shared pictures of my kids, took a tour, met everyone, we even had ice cream!? WTH, buying a vehicle is supposed to suck? Not at Durango Motors.
