Being that thi On Saturday Sept 28, 2019 I stopped in at Durango Motor Company to look at the new Ford Rangers. I needed a work truck/daily driver. Being that this review is for the dealership and not the 2019 Ford Ranger I will just say that this truck is awesome! I had a relatively stealth approach to the dealership right up to the trucks. While I was walking in between the Rangers I could see an employee walking in the parking lot who appeared to be on a mission. I made verbal contact with him and he immediately dropped what he was doing and walked over to help me. His name was Jeff Webber. From the onset he was very polite and patient with me. I found out a while later that he was new to the dealership. This being said, he is quite knowledgeable and if he did not have an immediate answer, he would excuse himself and promptly be back with the answers to my questions. There zero pressure from Jeff to make the sale. He simply let me do my thing and was there for guidance. During the test drives (2) Jeff let me truly test the vehicle’s performance. No, I did not horse whip it, but I did test the handling/braking on a washboard dirt road, took full advantage of the twin turbo, and of course cranked the sound system. Jeff was perfectly fine with all of this. I decided to go forward with the process and purchase the truck. It was at this time I met Matt Rhinehart, sales consultant. On a side note, Jeff did not abandon me and was there the whole time while I was with Matt. Alright, now about Matt. Wow! The absolute most stress free and relaxed vehicle buying experience. I continually bombarded Matt with questions regarding the process and intricacies about the 2019 Ford Ranger. Matt is highly knowledgeable. He answered everything promptly and truthfully. Awesome personality and likeable guy. He too was very patient with me and treated me more like an old friend than just another sale. Amazing experience! Now came the vehicle delivery time. Matt and Jeff walked me out to my new Ford Ranger. Matt knew every feature on this vehicle. He walked me through everything on it patiently taking the time to ensure I understood evert feature. Thank you, Matt! Now for the unfortunate part. When I got home, I did what any new truck buyer would do. I walked around the truck drooling and really giving it the once over since, well, it was now mine. I noticed that the rear bumper was slightly pushed into the bed on the right side. Obvious lot damage. My heart stopped. I called Jeff and told him about what I had observed. He was apologetic and told me not to worry that it would be taken care of. First thing Monday morning I was back at the dealership. Matt and Jeff both met me outside where we viewed the damage together. Judging by their reactions I think they almost felt as bad as I did. Clearly, they cared. There was no pointing fingers or blame. Matt and Jeff simply admitted that this was something that should have been noticed prior to delivering the vehicle to me. Although I do agree with that, I do understand that we are all human and, in their defense, I looked at the back of the truck at the dealership and didn’t even notice it. Matt and Jeff immediately took me to the body shop where we started the fix process. They were with me the entire time and were empathetic to my situation. Matt even ensured I had a rental vehicle while my truck was in the shop. Again, thank you Matt! As bummed out as I was with the damage and as unfortunate as the situation was, I really felt like I was in good hands and taken care of. Obviously, I have left some names out of this review. This is not done intentionally, it’s just that this review will become a dissertation if I included everyone. Throughout the process of purchasing my new truck I met men and women in all departments, including upper management. Everyone was great! This dealership is undoubtedly the best in the business. I encourage anyone looking for a new/used vehicle to seek out both Jeff and Matt. You will not be disappointed. Respectfully, Anthony More

Horrible experience I co-signed a car last November and have had nothing but issues since. The car began to show issues shortly after purchasing, and despite the multiple I co-signed a car last November and have had nothing but issues since. The car began to show issues shortly after purchasing, and despite the multiple attempts to communicate with DMC , we were ignored. When we were spoken to, we were told it was "fine" and to "not worry". When we brought up the fact that the model was under a recall list, we were told we didn't qualify and again not to worry. When the car began to display clear transmission failure, which was what the recall was about, we were told again "not to worry". Now the car is in 100% transmission failure and is undrivable. We were forced to rent are car out of pocket for a day before DMC supplied us with a rental. We also have had to take time off work to fix this issue, and a trip out of state was cancelled due to this failure. We are out over $200 for issues that are covered under our terms and service with DMC. Immediately after posting this review, I will be contacting the Better Business Burea to report this unprofessional behavior and how they handled our situation, resulting in unnecessary distress and fees More

Gave me a story about someone buying the vehicle the morning of the 2nd day during our continuing cross country telephone communication. Friday morning I prompted the salesman to get the photos I had requested from him yesterday sent to me so that we could finalize the deal today! The sales manager was also aware that the deal was basically done because he and I had made an agreement for a trade when I had driven to Durango. Cut to the end- Salesman Travis calls back and says they sold it this morning. Think this was an outright lie because they both knew it was there late morning and that I fully intended to purchase. Can only suppose someone showed up and offered more on the spot. So what do you think? Trust them? That's up to you, but I certainly do not. More

You will not beat the level of service and helpfulness! I bought a new F-150 in August 2017 and I cannot overstate how easy the process was and how helpful everyone at the dealership was from Patrick Bryan, I bought a new F-150 in August 2017 and I cannot overstate how easy the process was and how helpful everyone at the dealership was from Patrick Bryan, my sales person, to the people in finance and who installed the options and detailed my truck. Patrick even drove my new truck the 25 miles home for me since I wasn't trading anything in and had to get my other car home, too. This is the second truck I've bought through Durango Motor Co. These people are great and you will not beat the price! More
