Our car broke down in Durango while on Thanksgiving vacation and we ended up leaving our car in the service department while we found another way to get back home in California. We had excellent commun vacation and we ended up leaving our car in the service department while we found another way to get back home in California. We had excellent communication with Beth in the service department, and when we decided to trade in our broken car for a new car on the lot, she put us in touch with Jarred. Another great experience with him as he helped us with the new car. Zach in the finance department was like the cherry on top of an already wonderful experience with Durango Motor Company. Zach found us the best loan option through a local credit union, was in constant communication via text, email, and phone, and sent us e-docs to sign, even through the Christmas holiday. I cannot say enough great things about this whole team. We are so grateful that we were taken care of so well through the holidays as we were home in California. We are vacationing with a RV travel trailer in Colorado. We live in central Texas. After experiencing a problem with our 2016 Ford F-350 pickup, we took it to the Durango CO Ford dealership. Their service We live in central Texas. After experiencing a problem with our 2016 Ford F-350 pickup, we took it to the Durango CO Ford dealership. Their service department is outstanding. Within 15 minutes upon arrival, they had our pickup on the diagnostic computer, and was able to tell us that the needed repair would take approximately an hour and a half, at a cost I considered reasonable. Within an hour, they had completed the needed repair, and we were on our way to explore the great outdoors of Colorado. It was a great experience with a Ford department dealership, and especially considering that we are from out of state (and there were NO rental vehicles available in Durango). I highly recommend Durango Ford, service writer Tim Murphy, the service technicians, and any others who were helpful in getting us back on the road so quickly. More

The service staff was extremely helpful in diagnosing a noise problem with the radiator fan motors. Although the part availability was beyond my schedule, they assured me my 2013 Ford Explorer was safe to noise problem with the radiator fan motors. Although the part availability was beyond my schedule, they assured me my 2013 Ford Explorer was safe to return home for my local dealer to order the part and replace the fan motors. Which was done. Great place even better staff! Angelita was SO helpful in getting me and my boys in the right car for us.
