It's nice to see the same employees at the dealership each time I return, as it shows me that they must treat their employees well. While I was waiting for my car to be diagnosed, I was able to wander their lot at my leisure without any salesmen chasing me down. Josh Claflin is amazing. I've worked with him each time I've been to Durand. He is so friendly and explains things in a way that I can understand. The main issue with my car was covered under a recall, but they also found some other issues that needed to be addressed. Josh went through each item with me, and told me which things needed to be repaired ASAP and which things could wait. I really appreciated that as I'm not looking to sink a ton of $$ into an 8 year old car at this point. They called me when the repairs were complete and the price I paid when I picked it up was the price I was quoted 2 days prior. I'm so grateful for Durand helping me get a little more life out of my car! Excellent service all around! I did not buy my car from Durand, but I will absolutely buy my next car from them. Their service department has won me over. I look forward to returning to Durand when it's time to buy something new! More

Also, I've had the history of having my father, or my husband with me- and being by myself, it was nice to see the level of respect considering I'm not a real 'car' person. Sal was patient, and extremely helpful. When I wasn't completely in love with the car, he did not pressure me in anyway shape or form. Upon further inventory review, he in fact found exactly what I was looking for. I still said no, and that I'd wait on it. He gave me all the numbers and I left with that to mull over. The trade amount was higher than I anticipated, and Sal went through every possible discount option to make sure I was getting the lowest price possible for my new car. When I did some reflecting, I knew I liked the car, and trusted the salespeople and that I was getting my moneys worth for the vehicle. Went back to say yes to the one I liked, and took it out for a drive. Of course, it had some annoying sound in the dashboard every time I went over a bump- BRAND new car, and it made a scratching sound... Sal made sure that they dismantled the dashboard and found it/fixed it before I drove it home two days later. The purchasing process was extremely streamlined, and Joe and I even chatted about credit scores, and he went into depth with me on mine and why some bureaus are better than other. He certainly didn't have to do that, and I appreciate that the did. Hats off gentlemen, wonderful experience working with Sal and Joe on a Saturday afternoon, and yes I highly recommend Durand, and the people that work there! More
