My sales experience was wonderful, but with in the 30 days of purchase and I opened the sun roof in February, I realized it did not work properly. I know I should have tried sooner but every time I was at the dealer it was raining or snowing so did not think of it. As soon as I realized I called my salesman. Such a gentleman. I drove it over, it opened but was definately getting "stuck", but as he said working. I drove away. On the way home tried again, did not work again called. Brought it back a few days later. Arranged to be looked at by service, now my thrid trip back. Once there, they had it for 4 hours called me was not covered by my warranty. Had words put in my mouth, lied to by the sales manager and then hungup on. The worst thing is they are not making it right for a disabled veteran. Thanks guys won't be recommending you to any one and you are also making the typical car salesman look bad. Buyer beware!!! More
I recently emailed the Internet Manager David Mack at Durand Chevrolet about a car they had in stock. His customer service (reply to me) was kind and friendly.
