I recently traded in my 2004 Impala that had over 200k miles, which had been serviced for over seven years by Josh and the service department. About a year ago I was considering the trade, and Mark Rebidu miles, which had been serviced for over seven years by Josh and the service department. I finally upgraded to a newer Impala this week with the help of Ken Brown, who was very pleasant and easy to work with. Joe Mazzapica the business manager moved the paperwork quickly. All the guys I've dealt with have been helpful, courteous, good humor, and easy to talk to. We'll see how many miles they can help me get out of this Impala, and then I'll be buying from them again. On one specific occasion, my wife had a difficult noise coming from the front of the car and another service facility simply said they could not keep looking for minor noises time after time. Actually they could not find it time after time! I took the issue to Durand and Josh and [they found it] and [fixed it] - no more noise. Since then I have taken all my service requests to Durand. I would highly recommend anyone check Durand Chevrolet out - and Josh, Dave, the team Service Team. They are the A-Team! i called to ask the service dept. if they service non gm vehicles,dave answered my question right off the bat.told me they serviced every make & model to the best of there ability.i asked them how much woul vehicles,dave answered my question right off the bat.told me they serviced every make & model to the best of there ability.i asked them how much would it be for an oil change on my toyota ,he gave me an estimate,i asked them how long to perform service,and when can i get it it for service,he told me they had a couple of cancellations,they could do it that day,i scheduled it with him,he asked me if i knew where they were located,i told him i was familiar with the area,i arrived for my appointment,dave greeted me with a smile,proceeded to write up my vehicle,asked me if there were anything else i needed to have looked at on my vehicle,they got the car in right on time,in doing the service they saw a couple of minor issues,he explained them to me and i rescheduled to have them performed at a later date.(i like the honesty) More
