Visited several dealerships; The Toyota guys were too pushy, the Nissan guys didn't even have what we thought we wanted on the lot. Tried Bertera and were very pleased! No one "attacked" us; several guys were just hanging around (it seemed). We approached Sal, and asked him if he was a salesman. From there it was a wonderful association. Sal worked his tail off to help us find what we wanted and what we could afford. We'll use Bertera again! More

I recently bought a used vehicle at Durands, the experience was terrific. Financing my new purchase was completely painless, Joe Mazzapica took care of everything in a matter of hours, I would have to say this was the best experience I have ever had when financing a vehicle. This is the fifth vehicle that our family has purchased from Durands four of which have been new. I have been using the dealership for service on my other GM cars for s 15 Nov11 I recently picked up my new 2012 Chevy Equinox LTZ from Durand Chevy. I have been using the dealership for service on my other GM cars for several years, but never purchased a new vehicle from Durand. After shopping around, and having no good results with other dealerships I took my purchase to Durand. I am highly recommending this small, friendly, and family owned dealership to anyone looking for a GREAT buying experience. Al (sales rep.), Rob (the gen. manger) made this purchase an outstanding experience. Once your purchase is complete, Josh in service will continue to carry on that great friendly experience. Durand Chevrolet is a dealership that after many decades in business still puts the customer first. Recommend Highly!!! More

I brought my Chevy Impala into Durand Chevrolet to have a tire sensor replaced. When calling to make an appointment I asked if they could change my oil and do a state inspection as well. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. We were missled from our first visit there. We were then pushed into buying something we didn't want, which we didn't buy. We were contacted by several different people, all of them being on the wrong page, with different things to say. No communication within the dealership. I definately would not recommend this dealership to my family and friends. More

Just have to say buying my 2007 Chevy Malibu from Mike & Mark at Durands was a great experience. Everyone was very nice. Mike responded to my emails really fast and answered all my questions I had befor & Mark at Durands was a great experience. Everyone was very nice. Went just to look for a newer car, and The Mark was able to get me into a 2011 up from a 2008 for $2.00 more per month. He was able to keep me within my budget range as requested. Joe handled all of the fin to get me into a 2011 up from a 2008 for $2.00 more per month. He was able to keep me within my budget range as requested. Joe handled all of the financial dealings and, allthough I had some slight credit issues in the recent past, he was able to secure me a loan at a very attractive rate enabling me to maintain my low payment price. I had a few minor issues with the car, but Mark worked with the service department to correct them with little or no charge. This is my 3rd vehicle from Durand Chevrolet and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Great selection of vehicles and if they don't have what you want they can usually find it for you. Great job Guys!!! More
