My wife and I wanted to buy a new Camaro for our son as a graduation present. I searched the internet and found the car we wanted at Durand. The entire team at the dealership worked with us to make sure the car would be a surprise. They took care of all of the paperwork, worked with the insurance company, and even delivered the car. I grew up in a GM family and I'm glad to see that there are Chevrolet dealerships out there that treat you fairly and know how to deliver customer service. Overall, this was the best car buying experience I've had in 20 years. More
We began our search for a truck at another Chevy dealer in Auburn, closer to our home. We did not have a great expeirence and it felt like the typical car sales stories you hear of all the time. We then went to another dealer for Toyota again closer to home, same thing only they didn't seem interested in selling a truck at all. That price on the website is cash only. Hmm how many people are walking around with $25k these days. We had heard about Durand from some friends who really liked it and I did some research online to make sure the truck we wanted was in stock. Mark was great he made the process simple easy and hassle free. We got the truck we wanted and felt like we got the best deal we could for our trade along with the price of the new truck. We will certainly look to Durand and Mark in the future for our car needs. More

I was referred to Joe Mazzapica from my sister and her boyfriend. My situation was a difficult one, given my credit history and the fact that I live out of state. I was in need of a new vehicle fast because my 02 Ford was really starting to die on me. I dealt with a dealership in CT before I went to see Joe and I'm kind of sorry I did. The sales team was kind of pushy and talked down to me with my situation. I would have saved myself so much stress if I had just visited Durrand first. Joe was able to work with me to get me into a 2007 Mazda 6 that not only is RELIABLE (which was really all I was looking for), but one that I was HAPPY to leave with because it was in such a clean condition! He really did go above and beyond what I was expecting. I LOVE my new car and in the future, when I need a vehicle again, Durrand will be the first place I go, even if it is 45 mins away from home. More

I have had three different vehicles serviced by Durand over the past eight years and I have had a very good experience. On the occasions when I have had an emergency arise, they have gotten my vehicle back on the road very quickly. Let's face it, maintaining a car or truck these days is expensive so it's important to find a mechanic that you feel is honest as well as capable - Durand has been that for me over the years. In fact, I value the Service department so much that I just purchased a used vehicle from Durand and Mark and Joe in the Sales dept. provided a pressure-free experience. I would highly recommend Durand as a reliable dealership. More

I purchased a used 2008 Malibu and had to bring the car in several times for service. Once for a steering wheel problem and three times for key pod issues.
