Durand Chevrolet

This was my first visit to Durand Chevy in Hudson. I did not purchase my vehicle from them however I decided to take my vehicle to them for maintenance/oil change/repairs, etc. From start to finish everyth not purchase my vehicle from them however I decided to take my vehicle to them for maintenance/oil change/repairs, etc. From start to finish everything went very smoothly. Josh was very attentive and addressed my concerns. I also felt no pressure at all as far as having additional services done that weren't really necessary. After my car was inspected, Josh went over the results and explained the next steps clearly. Obviously Durand's staff has a high level of integrity. I visited another local Chevy dealer recently and they tried to sell me on new brakes and tires. Funny, because when I took it to Durand, I was told my tires and brakes were in decent shape. Durand Chevy has definitely earned my trust. I had an early morning appointment, and every staff member from service to sales to management greeted me and made me feel welcome. I suppose my only regret is that my vehicle wasn't purchased from Durand. I will know better next time though and when it's time for a new car, I will absolutely go to Durand first. I will also recommend them to my family, friends and co-workers whole-heartedly. More

The Service Reps., particularly Dave, Josh, & Matt, are real professionals and display with my every visit that they truly care short of excellant! In every instance (servicing of three vehicles since 2003) they have catered to my convience in terms of day of week, time of day, and transportation as required. I came to this dealership after having gone to another Chevy dealership and couldn't get waited on (imagine!). At Durand from the start, they listened, offered suggestions and were very congenial all thr Chevy dealership and couldn't get waited on (imagine!). This made me feel confident about their service department, which I have now been using for almost five years. I am especially pleased that they treat every one with respect - male or female. And they take time to explain what is going on, consult with you, and they are understanding about affordability. The waiting area, when needed is clean, comfortable and private. There is wi-fi but when needed, they have someone who can take me home and pick me up when the car is done. I really appreciate that extra type of service as I don't have someone to drop me off. I highly recommend this dealership for sales and service. They are the best in the area. More

I just bought a gorgeous used Chevy Impala at Durand and have to say, it was an easy and very painless experience. The car looks brand new and is in immaculate condition. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He answered all my questions and left me feeling very confident and happy with my new purchase. He even arranged for my trade in to be retrieved from my parents’ house in Worcester so I didn’t have to drive it there. I also worked with Joe Mazzapica on financing and he was great as well. He was very friendly and accommodating and there was no pushiness, no hidden costs or any unpleasant surprises with the financing. Lastly, the General Manager, Rob Morrill was involved as well to make sure I was completely, 100% satisfied with my purchase. I definitely was and would whole heartedly recommend Durand Chevrolet in Hudson to anyone looking for a car or truck. The cars are great and the staff is even better! More
