The salesman was very respectful and helpful. I forgot to ask for a title with transfer on death when we were doing the paperwork on Friday. Saturday morning I picked the car up and at that time I asked to have TOD added to the title. The finance person told me I would have to take care of getting the TOD at the time I transfer the license plates. I knew that was not correct. On Monday I went back to the dealership and another finance person told me the same thing. I told the salesman that I was not satisfied with the information. He took me to a lady that does the title paperwork. She provided a paper that I designated the person I wanted the car transferred to upon my death. I knew Jack and John Dunning when I worked in Cambridge during the 70’s and 80’s. I give great praise to the salesman and the lady in the office. More

This is INSANE! !!!! I haven't even had my car (2019 Jeep renegade) for a full year yet and now the throttle control goes out and I get my car to them on 9/23/2022 an !!!! THEY NEVER CALLED AND TOLD ME ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!) and they gave me this huge F150 that is xxxxxxx the life out of me with gas!!!!!! Are you kidding me!!!!!! Why would you use a huge truck as a loaner........ So not only do I have to keep filling this thing up..... So, I had left a comment on their Facebook page, but it got deleted. They had a “special” that they would pay “over book” for your car. Took Town & Country to get handle repaired. They ordered new handle and told us to come back on 11/22/2021. After three hours service guy called and told us to see the body shop. We saw thw body shop, he to new handle and told us to come back on 11/22/2021. After three hours service guy called and told us to see the body shop. We saw thw body shop, he told us it will cost over $1,000. The service charged us $187. The new handle was still in the original box never taken out. We lost $187 for nothing. Wanted to see the manager, they took my name and home phone number. He was supposed to call this morning, he never did. Lousy service noone to talk to or complain. More

Just bought a car from there and it was disgusting all the obvious things were cleaned but under the visor was super stained and there was a ball of hair shoved in the mirror and the consoles were awful f the obvious things were cleaned but under the visor was super stained and there was a ball of hair shoved in the mirror and the consoles were awful found a torn off acrylic nail in the cup holder and there was mulch underneath things. It was very clear to me that they just wanted it to look nice if you quickly looked at the cleanliness. Will never buy from them again nor would I suggest them to ANYONE. Also after buying it we are now realizing there are tons of electrical problems. Considering it’s a certified Ford dealer I didnt feel like I needed to make sure the lights or the radio worked but now I’m stuck with a car that has no lights and the radio only works sometimes. More
