Well.... most dealers except for Cucci I was respected, my trade was accurately appraised, new vehicle was aggressively priced.... finance didn't play typical games. This was the least painful car purchase to date. I have purchased over thirty cars in last 15 years. Store manager was happy to help and offered me everything he could and then some. Month later..... service department experience was great. Addressed all concerns and followed up with me after I picked up the car. Great people to work with. Genuine people. More

Poor customer service! I found a Corvette I was interested in on Cars.com, it was located in East Dundee IL at Cucci Ford. I called the salesperson and he assured me the car I found a Corvette I was interested in on Cars.com, it was located in East Dundee IL at Cucci Ford. I called the salesperson and he assured me the car was in excellent condition and there would be no surprises if I were to drive up there to see it. I made an appointment for the morning of Wednesday January 11th and my wife and I drove from Cincinnati OH to see the car. It was right after the dealership opened when we arrived and we looked at the car doing all the usual checking the interior, paint, engine, etc. We liked what we saw and we negotiated a trade with my car to purchase the Corvette. It was mid day when we left the dealership for the 5+ hour drive back home, the car drove great and there were no problems until it got dark when I turned on the headlights. I could hardly see the road even when I put the high beams on, I pulled over and it looked like the headlight lenses had dirt on the inside and the tint on the exterior cover was cloudy which prevented the light beams to project properly. I called the dealership the next day and they told me to take it to a body shop and they should be able to remove the tint overlay on the outer covers and they would pay for it. I made an appointment to take the car to a local Chevrolet dealership that specializes in Corvettes, when I tried to start my car to take it in the battery was dead it would not start nor any of the electronic systems were working. I called AAA and they towed the car to the dealership. Later that day the service manager called me to explain that the tint on the headlight covers could not be peeled of as it was some type of aftermarket spray that would be impossible to remove and the dirt and grime inside the lenses was also impossible to clean. He also informed me that after testing my battery there was a dead cell and I needed a new battery. He explained further that the car would need new headlights as there was no repair that could be done with the existing lights. The headlights are very expensive but as I had no choice if I wanted to drive my car in the dark I told him to order/install the parts. I emailed the salesman as well as the owner of Cucci Ford explaining what was happening and here is when communication from them stopped! The next day the service manager from the shop that was working on my car called and since they had to remove the front fascia to install the headlights he informed me that evidently my car was in an accident and the lower radiator support was broken and needed to be replaced or my radiator could fall out. At this time I emailed and called both the salesman and the owner of Cucci Ford to explain the problems and as yet to receive an answer or a call back from them. I am completely frustrated that the car that was sold to me as being in excellent condition is now costing me over $3,335.01 in repairs to make it safe and drivable. I believe Cucci Ford should be responsible as these problems were not only costly they were dangerous to the operation of this vehicle on the road. And now they will not respond to our emails or voicemails!!!! More

I only went to the dealership after a competitive email process with severl dealers. Anthony was very responsive and gave me the best overall deal. When I ent to the dealership to settle the deal, everything was ready and I was able to drive away in the absolute minimum amount of time. After buying cars every 3 years for 45 years, this was the best shoppping and buying exxperience I have ever had. More

Salesman AJ went above and beyond to work with me and my bugget and was able to get me under then where I wanted to be. Him and the Manager Dave explained everything in detail and I did NOT feel left out or that they were "trying to get one over on me". I recommend Cucci Ford and the staff they have working there. More
