GREAT EXPERIENCE AT DUNDEE FORD!!! I PURCHASED MY NEW F-150 PLATINUM ON MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND AT DUNDEE FORD and my experience couldn't be better.I was out of there 1,2,3, and didn't fe I PURCHASED MY NEW F-150 PLATINUM ON MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND AT DUNDEE FORD and my experience couldn't be better.I was out of there 1,2,3, and didn't feel pushed into deal.Very unusual but true.I got top dollar for my trade in too. Entire EXPERIENCE was Smooth and with out anxiety about new truck.(by the way parks by itself). Frank McGovern was easy to work with and he connected my phone and walk me through all options with assuring me ,that I can always stop by if I needed help. I DO RECOMMEND FRANK AND DUNDEE FORD FOR EXPERIENCE LIKE NEVER BEFORE. THANK YOU !!!!!! More

Poor service We bought a used Ford model year 2017 with 2000 miles from Dundee Ford. They bragged and bragged about how great the expertise of their mechanics was and how many years of experience they had. This included their motor inspection of used cars. We took the car home and it was leaking air from the rear passenger side tire. The carfax report showed the vehicle was accident free. We took it to Goodyear where we found the vehicle was out of alignment and had indeed been in an "incident" where someone hit a curb or something. The tire was damaged and had to be replaced. Once on the lift I could visually see the misalignment. One would expect an "experienced" Ford mechanic with so many years at Ford would be able to see this upon inspection. Needless to say I will never buy another car from Dundee Ford nor get my car serviced there. Go to Wickstrom Ford instead. The service is much better there. Unrelated to this, when we went through them to Finance the car, they completely ommitted my first name on the app and hence we were initially denied which delayed the process greatly and made for a very long evening. It should have been a red flag for me. More

Not trustworthy - Will lie just to get you there. Do not trust anything the sales team says about a vehicle and certainly do not drive 5 hours to see a vehicle. They will lie to you and say the vehicle is in perfect condition and when you get there and point out well over 5 minor issues and one major issue the standard response is "I didn't know about that." If you can't identify these obvious things then the car business is probably not for you. Read the other reviews, this place is not a reputable ford dealer. Save your time and effort and look elsewhere. More

Buyer beware I purchased my second and last car from Dundee Ford in August. My car didn't come with an owners manual. No big deal, right? Wrong! It didn't even come with the courtesy of an explanation of the features when we were handed the keys. After asking for an owners manual several times for over a month, I did a google review telling of my experience and frustration. I had a "message from the owner" reply that said it was not their intention to frustrate me and that I should call to allow them to earn back my trust. Before I could call, I received a call from Dundee Ford saying that I could come in and pick up an owners manual. I asked if they could mail it to me and the person said "no, we will not mail it to you because of your google review". That's a quote because that is what I was told over the phone. This is a simple problem to solve, especially when the dealership is clearly responsible for providing an owners manual with a new car. Why they chose to make it worse says a lot about their character. Expect the same if you shop here. All of their 1 star reviews say pretty much the same thing, some are much worse than mine. More
