Our primary contact for making this purchase was Michael Procaccio who was professional, personable, and attentive to detail every step of the way. When we sat down with him to do the paperwork for the sale two days ago, we raised a number of questions. In cases where Michael was not absolutely sure of the answer he would go and get the person who did have the definitive answer. That impressed us greatly and gave us a greater feeling of confidence in the buying process and the vehicle we were buying. We have had all of our Hondas serviced by Duncan Honda for the past 15 years and have always been pleased with the quality of service which is why we continue to purchase our vehicles from them. More
