Was very educated about this but did so in a friendly, helpful and pressure free way. Once I decided to purchase, I called because I live over an hour away and asked if the paper work could be started before I came down the next day (with 2 toddlers!) to get the car. Not only did Nick start the process but called later and offered to drive the car to me that day to finalize the sale! Now that is excellent customer service!!! Not only is the customer service excellent, the pricing cannot be beat (trust me I tried every where within 150 miles)! Would recommend Duncan Hyundai to anyone looking to buy a Hyundai!! More
