I drove 2 1/2 hours, out of state, because the local dealer was so incredibly rude to me as I tried to purchase another brand new Tucson from them. From my first conversation with Matt, to my last discussion with Jeff, I came away from Duncan knowing I had made the right choice. Faith went above and beyond to get me into my new Tucson and she also kept me updated daily until I was able to pick up my second new Tucson Eco. And a BIG thank you to Hyundai for making such a safe, affordable vehicle. Your airbag and seatbelt saved my life. For anyone dealing with incompetent dealers, Duncan is worth the drive! More

James Watty is Dedicated ames worked hard to get my wife and I into a sporty 2017 Hyundai Sonata Sport. The time spent was worth it. Great Car. Good Experience On Labor day was told I would receive 2 certificates totaling $1000. discount. On Wednesday when I returned, was told this discount had been good onl On Labor day was told I would receive 2 certificates totaling $1000. discount. On Wednesday when I returned, was told this discount had been good only for Labor Day and instead of $1000., said it was for $500.00 I insisted that I should receive the discount and they went away; came back and told me they had made an exception and I would receive the $500.00 discount. This made me very leery, and though I was happy to get the 500.00 discount; felt entitled to the originally promised $1000. Then was told that the additional electronic warranty which I could not afford was - all of a sudden - available for $1200.00. I agreed; but again felt that this was a form of dishonesty and that it probably was available for the $1200.00 - or less at the very beginning. I didn't like having to wait around for so long either. I had told them I would be back on Wednesday and was surprised that everything wasn't ready for me. Oh yes. Although it isn't a big deal, I believe when you purchase a car the yearly inspection sticker should be for the month you purchase it. Hopefully, it was totally inspected at the time of purchase and that's what the inspection ticket should say - not two months earlier. Just saying! While these issues did concern me, the truth I s that the men who helped me, were basically great for car salesmen. They were pleasant and made me feel comfortable. They did not act condescending as many salespeople do. They answered all my questions and appeared helpful. I appreciate them, even with the concerns expressed above, I feel they were pretty great. Thank you for making this purchase so easy. More

Loyd is super helful and always pleasant I needed an oil change and scheduled it with ease with Loyd and was able to get the car back fast.
