Absolutely awful! Take your business elsewhere! If I could rate this dealership zero stars I would. Absolute crooks. Terrible! The worst costumer service I have ever experienced! Homeless people beg If I could rate this dealership zero stars I would. Absolute crooks. Terrible! The worst costumer service I have ever experienced! Homeless people begging for a sandwich have more manners than these people. Sold me a vehicle and hid cracks in the windshield with an oil change sticker. The second day of driving my blind spot detection system wasn’t working, when I stopped by with concerns I was told it, “was just from it snowing outside”. Readdressed my concerns the following afternoon including the cracks in the windshield and the new found leaking sunroof. Was dismissed and after I went to the manager, they told me they’d take a look. Waited in the lobby for 3 hours when someone finally came out and told me they were giving me a loaner car. Came back the next day for pick up. Side detection seems to work but the sunroof still leaks and they didn’t do a thing for the windshield. I was told they’ve already invested money and time to make me happy and they would do no more. After paying $27,000 for a vehicle this is outrageous. Then waiting for my plates to come in it came down to the day that my pass expired. I called to check on the status and was told at first they didn’t know who I was and second after being put on hold for 10 minutes that “I was in luck, they just came in”. Just now stopped in for an oil change (it was part of the sale that I would have 4 free or I would have never came back) waited at the service counter for 10 minutes while I kid you not, 5 employees walked by without acknowledging me. I finally had to stop someone and ask the wait time and where to bring my car in. This business is a joke. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. They truly only want your money and will do whatever they need to do to trick you for it. Very dishonest people! They do “repairs” that do not fix the problem and they could not care any less about customer satisfaction. More

Literally the Worst I've been to a lot of dealerships over the years, but Duluth Dodge is by far the worst service center and dealer I have ever encountered. I brought m I've been to a lot of dealerships over the years, but Duluth Dodge is by far the worst service center and dealer I have ever encountered. I brought my Jeep in on December 14 after having it at a different garage. The previous service center worked on my vehicle, and when it failed to start the next day, theyes offered me a refund (which I didn't ask for) and recommended bringing it to a dealer for further diagnostics. Duluth Dodge request a copy of to he work that had been done which I supplied. They ran their tests and found it had two sensors that were not working correctly and said they should be replaced which I agreed to. They said that it would take a week to get partstarted and replace it. Over the next 3.5 weeks they broke off a second part that had to be repaired, they also replaced a recall within gearshift that I was not informed about, and then when the parts actually were put in my vehicle didn't start. My vehicle had to be towed from their lot to a different mechanic in my hometown. Duluth DODGE said the reason that itwouldn't start was because my PCM had failed and would need to be replaced. My mechanic had my car for all of 2 hours when it was found they had not reset the sensors upon replacement. After attempting to drive it, the vehicle could not be put in gear. I called Duluth Dodge to express my extreme displea sure and was called a scam artist by their sales manager. I never asked them for a refund, simply to acknowledge that they were the ones who scammed me. I was basically told that it was do the age of my vehicle that it wouldn't work, even though it ran and shifted into gear when it was dropped off the previous month. Avoid this dealership at all costs. I was forced to buy a new vehicle, which I purchased at a competitor. More

Took a Ford Escape home to try and decided against it. Wanted a Buick Encore or Chev Equionx. Went back to see Paul and he said try this Jeep. He didn't have either vehicle I was looking for. Tried the Jeep and loved it. Took it home for a trial. Paul knew my budget and met it. I would deal with him anytime. Thank you again. More
Stay far away from this dealership! Absolute worst experience ive ever had at a dealership. Went in to duluth dodge to just sit in a challenger sxt and get a feel for it. The first thin Absolute worst experience ive ever had at a dealership. Went in to duluth dodge to just sit in a challenger sxt and get a feel for it. The first thing out of the salesmans mouth (Troy) was, "are you gonna buy today"? Not hey, how are you? Whats your name? Non of that stuff. Just, are you gonna buy today? I said i never just buy a car without searching around and that was the first place i went to. I told him i always search car gurus bc they find the best deals in the country. Troy rolled his eyes and told me to have a nice day! In other words, "get the bleep out of here". I proceeded to walk out and heard him start telling a coworker (in a mocking imitating voice) "I'm gonna buy a car from car gurus". Right then and there i thought about turning around and calling him out to his face but i just bite my tongue. I got in my car, was about to leave the lot when i saw Troy walk out with 2 other customers. They walked close to my vehicle so i told the customers he was with, "if you're not buying today, he's gonna treat you like xxxx" , Troys response was, "i sure am" with a big grin on his face. So i looked right at him and called him a bleeeeep. The professional response would have been, "sir, I'm sorry you feel i mistreated you, how can i make it right? Not just saying "i sure am" as an attempt to irritate me further. Needless to say i called the dealership and complained to his boss. It was like i was talking to Troys fishing buddy. He didn't care what i had to say. He just said that i didnt give Troy a chance to sell me a vehicle. I told him why would i sit down and start the process of buying a vehicle if i havent even sat in the fricken car yet? Everything was pushy, like he was in a rush to sell or he was gonna get wacked by the mob or something. I'll never go back and have told all of my friends to never go there. My gf was thinking about getting a Dodge dart. Definitely not from this place! More

After walking in and standing for a few minutes without any greeting... even a "Good morning, may I help you with something?" from the receptionist. It wasn't until I walked up and asked to speak with a salesman that one was paged. I told him I had been online on their website and researched the used vehicles I looking for and asked to see them if they were still available. While the salesman was pleasant, he was clueless and even had difficulty finding them on the dealership website. We went out to look at the vehicles and one was reasonably close to what I had in hand. When asked if there were a break price for paying cash, he looked at me as if I had personally insulted him. In the end, there was no reasonable discussion about what they could for me. There was no suggestion as to other similar vehicles that might accommodate my family needs. In short, there was no "salesmanship" and certainly little customer service. I think I might go further into Duluth, or closer to home in Hibbing... or even down to Grand Rapids instead. In a service oriented business, there should be some form of "service" which there clearly is NOT at Duluth Dodge. More
