We had taken our 2001 subaru forester in to work on the left rear wheel bearings the day after we had our car worked on for cv joints in the front as well as a state inspection. The day after the inspecti left rear wheel bearings the day after we had our car worked on for cv joints in the front as well as a state inspection. The day after the inspection and the day we dropped off the car, they stated we needed a new timing belt, new rotors as the old ones were warped, a/c wasn't running as cool as it should, and an in cabin air filter. We informed them we would work on the rest just take care of the wheel bearings. We then picked it up three days later. On the way home, the front end would shimmy when applying the brakes. This DID NOT happen prior to us dropping the car off at Dulles Subaru. We feel that they have swapped rotors on us in order to charge us for the repair. More

I was looking for a new car that can handle 30 inches of snow with another storm coming. Angela and the staff at Dulles Motorcars dug out and cleaned off 4 cars--3 Outbacks and a Forester--for me to test dr snow with another storm coming. And Angela encouraged me to drive them all through the amazingly icy streets of Leesburg and take the cars anywhere I wanted. And after the test drives, they offered me a good deal, worked with me for an even better price, and had the car prepped and ready to go by the time I had signed the papers. I also got a great 2.9% interest rate for 3 years, reducing my payments quite a bit. Angela was very pleasant and professional throughout, and I look forward to using their premium car service arrangement that will save me some money each year. More

We had seen several of their vehicles on line and were interested in working with them on purchasing a new vehicle. When we got to the dealership we found the sales staff to be great and easy to work with interested in working with them on purchasing a new vehicle. When we got to the dealership we found the sales staff to be great and easy to work with but the management was difficult, and more importantly rude. At one point we test drove a used car that was being used by one of the managers and it was completely trashed, covered in gum wrappers and other stuff. When we went to discuss price we were about 1500 apart. Instead of trying to meet us in the middle or saying that is the lowest they could go. they treated us as being unreasonable. I would think twice before using this dealership. More

We test drove an advertised model and it was filthy both inside and out. Looking at the new cars consisted of wandering through the parking lot and comparing window stickers. Seemed to be a disconnect between the new and used sales staff. We spoke to the general manager regarding the advertised vehicle and found him to be very arrogant and rude. We were ready to buy and ended up getting the SUV at another dealership that had a MUCH better price and treated us respectfully. Don't know how this place stays in business! More
