Since we had already arranged a trade-in for our current vehicle with another dealership, David personally delivered our new vehicle to our home so that we could complete the exchange. I will never deal with these clowns again I had them install a helicoil a year ago and the only reason I had them work on my car in the first place is because I had no other choice. I was willing to give them a shot under the idea that not all dealerships can be as bad as they say. A year and 3k miles later, I go to change the spark plugs only to find that the helicoil has come out with the plug. I give them a call and they say they'll "take care of it" so, I limp my car over to them on 3 cylinders only to have them say they didn't do anything wrong when they "repaired" it the first time and that they wouldn't repair it again because it was out of their repair warranty. The only alternative they gave me was to replace the entire cylinder head. After speaking with the service manager and getting absolutely nowhere, I was told "If you are so knowledgeable, why don't you do it yourself?" I will never set foot in this dealership again knowing they employ such an inept staff. More

He did not employ high-pressure tactics, and was exceedingly patient in answering my questions. I do believe that the larger a dealership becomes, the harder everyone must work to foster those relationships that encourage customer loyalty.
