An experience that I would happily repeat. I came to this dealership wanting a new Subaru Forester. My past experiences with car dealers (within the Beltway) were horrible, so I was afraid it I came to this dealership wanting a new Subaru Forester. My past experiences with car dealers (within the Beltway) were horrible, so I was afraid it would be a repeat experience and that the process would be difficult and unpleasant. However, I was wrong. My sales rep, Erick White, was helpful and courteous throughout the entire process. Due to his knowledge and clear explanations/responses to my questions, the process went quickly and smoothly. I found a car which I love. The next time I buy a Subaru, which will be my next car, I am going back to Dulles Motorcars Subaru and I will ask for Erick. My interactions with the Sales Manager Doug Loweth and the Finance Manager Gary Hall were excellent as well in that they both were very helpful and polite. I discovered that buying a new car can be a very pleasant experience, much to my surprise. More

Eric White, best salesman in my 57 years of buying cars Eric listens. Eric knows the Subaru Outback I bought. He should me how to use the many features I wanted. Eric let me select the route we used to test drive the Outback. I wanted a mixture of pot-hole-filled roads and limited-access highways. Eric is a very pleasant and helpfull man. I felt no pressure, only a desire to please. Dulles Subaru worked very hard to find the car I wanted. I wanted a 2.5l model. There were none available. They had a 3.6l model in the color I wanted. They varied the lease terms a number of different ways until I was happy with the terms. Glad I took the 3.6l Outback, love the additional power. I have one complaint. It's about me. Why didn't I buy the Outback sooner? More

Dulles motor cars was by far the best I have ever been too. they are very friendly and worked with me, as well as made sure I felt at home the whole time I was there. I have been to a lot of dealers, and this one was the first to give me a tour of service and everywhere else I may need to go while they got my new car ready, and even set up my first oil change, so I wouldn't have to worry about it. my sells person was the best by far, and she took the extra time to make sure all my needs where taken care no matter how long it took and no matter how many questions I had. I would recommend Dulles motor cars to anyone and everyone. In closing, you want a excellent experience, I recommend Jennifer Boyd..... More
