To start, we had to have a rental car due to the time it would take the body shop to paint. The rental car was filled with trash from the prior renter and cups with coke or something left in the back, it wasn't cleaned out from the prior person. The body shop never put the lettering back on the car after painting it. While I had a recall recently, I asked the service advisor to please schedule the body shop to put the lettering on while the car was there. My appointment was Wednesday and while I was waiting, I was told the part for the recall had to be ordered and that while the car was back on Friday for the recall, the body shop would come out and adhere the lettering. During the 5 1/2 hours of waiting for the part to be installed on Friday, the advisor told us that the body shop gentleman left the dealership with the lettering in the car. Every conversation with him regarding our lettering, the body shop guy was blamed. I was spent at this point having had to wait so long for the repair, (apparently we were told that the service man broke some parts installing the new part and had to wait for new clips from Fair Oaks) so a 1.5 hour job turned in to 5.5 hours. When we left the dealership, we specifically asked Scott, our advisor to have the lettering mailed to our home, he said he would do that that day. After waiting 5 days and receiving no lettering, we called on 2/22 and left a message for Scott. The next day after no call back, we called again and Scott asked us if we wanted them mailed?????? We were floored, had he not remembered our conversation a week ago! We asked him if the body shop guy was still driving around with our letters!!!! We asked for the phone number to the body shop guy. We called him and the body shop guy basically called Scott out because the lettering had just been ordered on 2/22 and the current day was 2/23! He said that he had never been driving around with lettering, that he had just received the notice for the order and he had no knowledge that it was supposed to be mailed! He brought them to our place of business that day because we told him that we would just attach the lettering ourselves, apparently it was a difficult task for the dealership to handle. What should have been an easy task turned into lies and the run around from the service department. The body shop guy was open and honest and just as confused as we were. Since we bought our new Kia, every interaction with the dealership has been horrible. More

NEVER BUY HERE I purchased a brand new car, and it's been nothing but a series of problems since I bought it. Water pump went out 3 weeks after purchase, handle need I purchased a brand new car, and it's been nothing but a series of problems since I bought it. Water pump went out 3 weeks after purchase, handle needed replaced, door sealant needed replaced, computer has a glitch they can't fix, backup camera went bad in 6 months, car randomly won't turn on, doesn't kick over to electric when it should. Neither the dealership or Kia are willing to step up and fix it. NEVER WILL I RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP OR KIA AGAIN. More

I found one at Dulles Motorcars in Leesburg, Virginia and purchased the car via email. Edison Van Vlimmeren was the Product Specialist that I worked with. Edison was knowledgeable and helpful and very responsive to my emails. He was direct about pricing and didn't try to play any games. When I flew out and picked up the Soul, Edison had it prepped and accompanied me on a test drive. He had greased the wheels with the financing department so the payment part of the transaction went quickly. Then he installed my temp tags, paired my phone and showed me the new bells and whistles on my car. Excellent experience and a fun drive home. More
Waste of time I called Kia in Leesburg to ask question about the 4 year lease term with my current Kia Optima to see if I could end 10 month earlier and grab a new I called Kia in Leesburg to ask question about the 4 year lease term with my current Kia Optima to see if I could end 10 month earlier and grab a new vehicle. The guy who spoke to me on the phone was Rich and I asked him if I would have to end up paying the termination fee if I were to buy a brand new car there. He kept saying the dealer will take care of it and lot of people have done it before. I told him again that I don't want to waste my time if that's the case and Rich told me not to worry about it and come through. I drove there for 40 mins after work with my wife and I completely wasted 3 hours there for nothing. They charged 3000 dollars and telling me that the dealer will take care of the penalty which is total lie. This is why I told Rich in the beginning that I wouldn't even waste my time going up there. Online price for Kia soul was 12500.. They tried to charge me for 18500... mind I was eligible for veterans discount, school discount and 2000 dollar finance discount. Again.. I stressed about the fact that I wanted to get out of current lease only if there is no termination fee which means the you guys take care of the remaining lease. The vehicle had planty of mileage left and 10 month left til my 4 year lease ends. You obviously knew what I wanted but you insisted to come in while I'm 40 miles away. This is big factor here. Some people we don't have time to waste 3 hours in the dealership. I know you try to take care of me by showing the car and all but you shouldn't even have said the dealer was going to take care of the termination fee. This is typical sales technique therefore I'm leaving you 1 star. More

Scotty was a very down-to-earth salesman and we did not feel pressured. The test drive on the KIA SOUL plus was excellent. It was more than I had ever imagined. Scotty and Brittany made the whole experience fun and we feel we got an honest deal. We LOVE our new KIA Soul plus. We are in awe of all of the amenities it came with. The financing was so low and the warranty is amazing ! . Thanks for making it all possible.and for bringing us into the "family". We look forward to many happy years ! More
