LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THEM!!!!!!! Bought a Kia Sedona in 2006. Price was competitive, but only because I had done my homework. Car had 500 miles but was titled new. When I asked why so many miles they said it had been driven from Tenness only because I had done my homework. Car had 500 miles but was titled new. When I asked why so many miles they said it had been driven from Tennessee -- turned out this was a bald face lie. In fact the car had been sold to someone else and the deal fell through (perhaps because of financing). We found a CD belonging to the previous "owner" in the car stereo. Also it had a "TephSeal" sticker indicating some sort of optional coating which Dulles Kia tried (unsuccessfully) to sell to us a second time....Also salesperson offered "free oil changes" for the life of the car which was a gross exaggeration...turned out to be free oil changes every other visit with the purchase of an expensive service plan...even had non-sales staff tell me confidentially they would not by a new car from Dulles Motor Cars. I started my purchase thru the internet. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was greeted by at least 3 other sales people. The internet sales manager, Angela Battle, was very patient and worked hard to ge at the dealership, I was greeted by at least 3 other sales people. I feel the price could have been better, since I was looking at a 2009 Kia Borrego with no 2010 model and the 2011 model due to be out in January or sooner. More
Dulles Motor Cars should be ashamed of even being considered a dealership. I called regarding a KIA to see if it was undamaged, and they told me the car was in excellent shape, with not one scratch, considered a dealership. I then took my friend who owns a bodyshop to see the car. As soon as he looked at the car, he confirmed the entire front end of the car was not only painted, but wasn't even put together properly. The manager told me that my friend was lying. Sure enough, I went home and pulled the carfax, and there it was. The car had an extreme front end collision, and had pretty much everything from the front doors forward replaced. What a SCAM! More

Our experience at the dealership was top notch. My initial interations were via email. After doing extensive research went to dealer expecting to deal with high pressure sales staff. I did not feel pressure to purchase extras that other dealers but was informed of the various options. Staff stayed one hour after closing to meet our needs. When I told friends that I was done in and hour and a half they were surprised that it took such a short time. I would highly recommend dealership to other friends. More

My husband and I were looking for a new vehicle with a good price tag. we found a Kia on the website and I started researching the vehicle. She walked us through almost the entire process via email and when we got there she was waiting for us. took a test drive with us, made my husband and i feel comfortable with the vehicle we were buying. Paulina in finance was wonderful, she told us our options and worked with us. she even waited for us to see if we could get a better interest rate through a bank (she ultimately got the better deal for us). They have a very non-pushy laid back dealership. the only complaint that I had was waiting for the car to be prepped. This took a long time however, they helped us clean out our messy car that we traded in (they gave us a great deal on that considering we only had that for 6 months!). Thanks for making this great and we will be back! More

Our salesman, who we had communicated with via phone, after seeing a particular car advertised, returned our call, we found that were able to go see the car while he was there, but he was accommodating about arranging for someone else to help us, if we were unable to do so. There was a ready answer for all our questions and the car was nicely gone over and readied for sale, unlike some we'd looked at at another place. Another pleasant surprise was the ease with which the financing process was completed. The options were ready for us to look at before we entered the finance person's office, (Paulina). Extra warranties and services were offered, we didn't take most of them, but there were no high pressure scare tactics. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. The Wrights More
