Adam, the only sales representative, is phenomenal. He goes above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. He is helpful and invokes a high level of trust to customers. Time and time again he has addressed my needs in a timely manor and with the utmost professionalism. He does an incredible job. However, Adam is the only reason I still service my car at this dealership. Good thing he is superb, he makes up for the poor customer service of the administrative assistants and overall lack of value I feel as a customer. I constantly receive solicitations to leave Leesburg for the Fair Oaks, VA dealer and Leesburg is no contender. I have never felt valued as a customer or even acknowledge as a frequent and consistent customer for years. In this business its all about building trust. If it wasn't for the trust I have in Adam, Fair Oaks or any other service provider would get my business. More
