My husband and I came to Dulles Motors to look for a Subaru Forester. We were warmly greeted by Sami Ramadan. The dealership was about to close but he took the time to let us sit in a Forester. We came back on Monday evening and test drove and bought a new Forester. Sami was very quiet in the car so we could listen to the operation of the car on the road. He showed us all the features, more thorough than any other car salesman that we have ever dealt with. He made sure we knew all about the car, which impressed us both. When I made it to the actual dealer I was introduced to Sami Ramadan who was extremely friendly and helpful. He did a great job of making me feel welcome and of showing me the features on my new car. I also had a great experience with the finance manager, whose name I cannot remember at this time. This was my first time buying a car and my first real loan and the finance manager went above and beyond to explain everything involved in the process including things that did not apply to this purchase but that I may run in to next time. Overall, I am very satisfied with the attitudes and performance of the above mentioned staff and will recommend them to any of my friends in the market for a new car. More

We made an initial visit to purchase a Subaru and found the vehicle which we liked, however, we were not able to come to an agreement on our sale. Everyone was very responsive and friendly. My wife and I asked to see several cars before we made our final decision.
